  1. The balancer shaft seal and bearing is gone or the right crankshaft seal is gone.
  2. your clutch basket is probably grooved and when you pull the clutch in instead of the plates separating they still stay tight together because the grooves in the basket won't let them spread apart like they should.
  3. Yeah and look what bubba did the last round in the lites class on the four stroke and left everyone alot faster than he did on his two smoker.
  4. if you are talking about the pipe that goes between the cases and waterpump on my 05 crf 450 it seem to have two seals on each end but when I went to get more they gave me just one bigger one that goes around the tube and it worked.
  5. FC has in the past sold off some of the 250f race bikes but they have been completely rebuilt and are put back to stock.
  6. You say it is ok pro teams use 50:1 because they rebuild motors everyweek. So you must be admiting some performance gain because it isn't like the mechanics are sitting around saying "What the hell lets run 50:1 this week and see what happens."
  7. Just thought maybe I would say it has to do with the type of oil a bunch because team amsoil when they where running 125s in supercross and motocross mixed their oil ratio to gas at 50:1.
  8. If anyone knows any of the stock shim stacks that was used in the 2006 kxf250 please post any helpful info. The reason being I got my suspension revalved by a local and now the front end doesn't want to settle down in the corners and I would like to just put the suspension back to stock. So any stock suspension valving info would be helpful. Thanks
  9. We have had a 2005 KTM 450 with a low end bogging problem for a while and we rejetted and rejetted and it would run fine for a while than start sputtering at low speed. Until recently when we came across something weird. We noticed that the compression release lever's cable was so tight it was holding it open a small small amount and after adjusting it with some play the sputtering problem hasn't happened again. The local ktm shop says this has nothing to do with the sputtering problem but it seem to fix our ktm 450. I am just wondering if anyone has any input on this. Thanks

  11. I would definitly go for U4. I think it was in transworld where it showed U4 being the best gas for 4 strokes and in a crf 450 it showed up to 3.5 horsepower increase and I can honestly say I believe it because it makes a noticable difference in my crf 450. Also this gas is not illegal for AMA amatuer sanction events. The only other gas I would run is MR9 but it is around $19 a gallon.
  12. I am kind of new to this site and I was wonder where you this AP mod is listed and if there is some kind of mod section of this site. Thanks
  13. You need to get the XC unless you need lights.
  14. For some reason I thought it was around $5500 dealer cost.
  15. Does anyone know the dealer cost on the RMZ 450s. I was told before but I forgot and I was trying to do some figuring. Thanks
