  1. I remove mine with a flat screwdriver.
  2. Hi, I just buy a 05 CRF450. I weight 150lbs, i'm 5'8'' and only ride mx. In the owner's manual, honda claims that the stock suspension is setup for a 150lbs-160lbs rider (page47). Then, if you go to the RaceTech spring calculator website, they said that i should go with a .44 front spring (stock is .46 in owners manual and .47 by racetech) and for the rear 5.0 (stock is 5.5 by racetech). So if you listen to racetech, this bike is setup for 200lbs riders. Should I keep my stock suspension or send them to get setup for me ? Does any rider of 200lbs here, like the stock suspension ? And what about those of 150lbs? I would like to know your spring setup please. I didnt ride the bike yet because I have 4ft of snow where I live. Thanks in advance
