So I have an open slot in my school semester. I ride during the summer about three times a week at a good pace for 30 -60 miles. I have been weight training for about a year and a half. What I am wondering is if swimming will be a good compliment to my fitness and workout? It will be swimming three times a week for about 30 minutes? I know that a lot of people swear by swimming but I have never done it. Is it going to be a good thing or should I stay away from it? lemme hear some opions please. Thanks in advance.
