  1. Tear it down and throw everything on ebay.
  2. Installed a new pipe lately? Or did this start happening around the time the weather changed perhaps? Adjust the fuel screw and you should be fine, start with a half a turn in, better/worse....then go half a turn out. If that won't work, if it's stock piston, don't run race gas. That's what I did to make my popping stop.
