  1. Bump that ovrrdrive for sure! Both my bikes and the lawnmower run on Shell V-Power. Why? Cuz it's in my gas cans! It costs, what, $0.40 per tank more to run premium in a TTR? Glad to hear your wife didn't get a leg-breakin' quad Sangair. My wife had never ridden a dirtbike before and after one weekend on her shiny new TTR she was addicted. Make sure to get your wife good gear/protection so the diggers don't hurt as bad.
  2. They probably won't fit together really well. If I remember correctly FMF sends a aluminum grommet with their mufflers to fit stock headers which means the Powerbomb will be too small, or too big, too big I think... my brain's not working right now. Either way you'll probably have to go to an exhaust shop to have them mated up properly.

  6. Only advice I can give, and it goes along with what grayracer says, is try to relax. Just like they teach race car driver's, find sections of the track (straightaways, etc...) where you can relax your arms, even if only for a few seconds.
  7. Seriously, you guys should calm down about the capslock thing, there's way WORSE things to get agitated about. As I have posted on other threads that had capslock-haters, I have to leave capslock on when using my work computer in order for the program we run to work properly. You'll be happy to know I'm home now and was able to post something without it being capitalized! And yz250ftony, sorry I hadn't gotten to page 15 or whatever page you posted on yet, if you haven't noticed this is a very long thread. Now I'm up to speed and I'll never ever repost something you said ever again.
  8. I love it and if I wasn't married already I'd propose to your bike. I'm gonna have to do that on mine. One Industries says they make a kit for my bike, does anyone have any experience with it? 2002 YZ250F?
  9. INSTALL ONE BACKWARDS ON THE EXHAUST TOO, THEN IT WILL IMPROVE FLOW THERE AS WELL!
  10. YOU BE JUST AS BETTER OFF CUTTING HOLES IN YOUR AIR BOX AND RICHENING YOUR FUEL MIXTURE.
  11. THE DIFFERENCE IS WHAT IT DOES WITH THE EXHAUST GASES. SX GIVES YOU MORE BOTTOM END FOR JUMPING TRIPLES, THE MX GIVES YOU MORE PULL UP TOP.
  12. MINE LIT MY PANTS ON FIRE WHEN I WAS WARMING UP THE OIL TO CHANGE IT! NOT MY RIDING PANTS, SOME KHAKIS I WAS WEARING (GARAGE CLOTHES). I HAVE THE SX POWERBOMB WITH THE POWERCORE IV "Q". I LOVE THE SET UP, GOOD HIT AT THE BOTTOM AND KEEPS PULLING.
  13. Well, Opinions Are Like You Know What, And Everyone Has One. I Really Like My Powernow, Super Easy Bolt-on For A Little More Power, Now.
  14. I Bought My Bike From A Friend Who Beat The Crap Out Of It. Maintained It Well, Just Treated It Like It Was His Ex-girlfriend. By The Time I Got The Bike I Had To Adjust The Valves 3 Times And Eventually Had To Have Them Replaced By My Local Dealer. I Guess They Can Stretch And Will Eventually Pop The Head Off And Your Piston Will Smash It Into Your Head.
