2007 KTM XC-W Is Painfully Slow. Jetting Help

Thanks for all the suggestions. Here is what I did to make my bike run great. I used a leaner 2004 KTM 250SX needle #N3CH. I put the needle clip second from the bottom. I also replaced the stock powervalve spring with the opitional softer RED one. Everthing else is stock. Now my bike has great low end that packs a real hit in the mid and top end.
  2. Hi, I have a 2007 KTM 250 XC-W that I bought new. I put 150 miles on it to break it in. It is VERY SLOW!! It runs clean but it takes forever to hit the powerband. I turned the powervale ajuster all the way out and it runs slightly better but still is a dog. I run full synthtic oil 50 to 1. Does anyone know any jetting suggestions?
  3. I just bought a 2003 Yamaha YZ250R Two Stroke. My bike is jetted stock:178 main,50 pilot,N3EJ needle, clip 2nd from the top.The only modifcations I have done are a FMF fatty pipe with a FMF spark arrestor.I use Dumonde Tech DTP full synthetic oil at 50 to 1.I just replaced the top end and everything looked good.I ride mainly at sea level to 3000 feet.My problem is the bike runs great at the low end but it's severly pinging at the mid to top.I tried moving the needle clip around but with no luck.I know these bike run great with the stock jetting
