Just remember, if you fall off the wagon for a meal or even a day don't let it turn into failure. Get back on your eating plan the next meal or the next day. Try not to think of a diet/exercise program as a way of losing weight but more of a change in lifestyle. As with any diet you may need to make modifications so that it works for you. It's alright to have a slice of pizza just don't eat the whole pizza. It is also very important to set specific goals but realistic ones. Don't just say I want to lose weight but say I want to lose 25 pounds within the next 3 months. And don't weigh yourself everyday try to step on the scales no more than once a week. Designate a weigh-in day to record your weight. Most importantly BE PATIENT losing weight takes time. Good luck!
  3. Does the length of the rear spring make a difference? I have found a 5.9kg for ~$50 but the length is about a 1/2 inch shorter than std MX springs.
