  6. Give Hall's a call on Tuesday. They had some billet ones made for the race bikes.
  7. The wait is over. Hall's has flywheel weights in stock ( well as soon as I drop them off on Monday ). They are 10 1/2 ounces in weight and will fit 2005-06-07 TE 250 / 450 and TC 450. 2008 and TC 250 weights will follow along shortly.
  8. Gentlemen, Hall's now has to capability to do all of the cylinder head work in house. They have a Sunnen VGS-20 seat and guide machine. This is the machine that produces some of the most concentric valve jobs on the planet. Currently they are tooled-up to do all of the Husky 4-stroke heads as well as all H-D, CRF 250/450 and RMZ/KX 250, Rotax and inline fours. They can also do aluminum welding, so saving a crashed head is in their realm of capabilities. Services available: Stainless Steel valve conversions Nickel Bronze valve seat installation Ampco guide installation Oversize valve conversations Stock valve seat cutting Combustion chamber welding
  9. Or a good one from the 2007 season ?
  10. Hello everyone, Just wanted to share some photos of the Hall's bikes. Latest version produced HP in the mid 60's at the tire and with a full load of fuel and water it weighs in at 209 lbs. Stay tuned to the Hall's site for details on all of our in-house cylinder head work.
  11. Hall's has in stock the long obsoleted 350 piston kits. Pistons are new forged units complete with rings, pin and locks $ 269.95. www.halls-cycles.com
  12. Re: 91.5mm Bore We have built that combination and it is still being developed. Have to use a 2004 / 2005 head. On a 2006 / 2007 head the intake valves are too far apart and will be shrouded by the new bore size. And it is next to impossable to get any compression with this combination. We had to weld up the combustion chamber and use some pretty crazy domes to barely get 13.0 to 1. As far as parts needed for a 510 to a 450 conversion. 450 cylinder - shorter 450 crank assembly - differant stroke / shorter rod 450 cylinder studs - shorter 450 cam chain - shorter 450 rear chain slider - shorter 450 piston - less dish
  13. Picture from Daytona pits.
  14. These are for the 2006 - 2007 bikes : TE 15mm TC 18mm SMR 25mm
  15. I posted dyno run in my garage section. Number 7.
