    Tokyo Mods now make a manual chain tensioner. I bought one but havn,t installed it yet.

    Check the bore that the bucket rides in, it may be sticking.

    +1 Those parts are pretty small and if you didn,t know they were there you would just put the screw back in and never know the difference.

  6. MARK BURKHART SUPERMOTO SCHOOL All forms of riding gear are acceptible. Racing leathers are most common, although MX gear is also popular in the summer. Kevlar style street suits are also worthy. We ask that you provide the highest level of protection that is available to you. Street or dirt style Helmet and good boots are a must. THERE WILL BE BOTH beginner AND RACER GROUPS AT this EVENT THE INTRO SCHOOL INCLUDES THE USE OF OUR BIKES (CRF 230F's) THE RACE GROUP REQUIRES PRIOR MOTORCYCLE RACING OR TRACK DAY EXPERIENCE AND YOUR OWN BIKE AND GEAR PRICES: Mark Burkhart RACE Class $275. Beginner group $345. w/CRF230cc * Experienced KIDS ARE WELCOME IN THIS CLASS * Beginner GROUP WILL BE LIMITED TO 6 STUDENTS * PRICE INCLUDES: SNACKS, COLD WATER and Energy Drinks * ALL YOU NEED IS YOUR OWN SAFETY GEAR and Helmet. Typically, FROM 10AM TILL 2PM WE ALTERNATE WITH CLASS ROOM AND ON TRACK DRILLS, WE USUALLY BREAK FOR LUNCH AROUND 12:30. Then FROM 2 - 4PM WE CONTINUE WITH TRACK SESSIONS AS EACH PERSON CHOOSES. FOR RIDERS WANTING ADDITIONAL TRACK TIME, WE CAN CONTINUE TO RIDE UNTIL 5PM & SOMETIMES LATER. * This event WILL INCLUDE A DIRT SECTION * There will be food service on site.     the Dr D wet sump kit

    You can still use the window on they side if you have one and since you will be changing it more often you don't consume much normaly. All my race bike use it with no problems!

    How was it running before you cleaned the carb? and when you cleaned the carb did it run fine afterwards?

  13. Was the bike in running condition when it torn down for a rebuild? Don't take offense but is the piston in the right direction?

    SME sliders, ran into problem DRZ400SM

    The spacer on one side of the front, slides into the recessed portion of the axle and makes it stick out father to even it out. Both my slider stick out the same. I have the axle blocks with sliders on the rear. Post some pics because I don't know how the DRZ is setup.
  15. make sure the shims under the buckets are all seated correctly.
