  1. Thanks bud, will do. A buddy just shot me this forum link for CRF250 info, and I haven't even had the time to check out all the different sub-forums here..
  2. Fellas, I'm thinking of buying a new CRF250R, (or X), and I was wondering if there are correct steps in deciding which size bike I should ride? Heck, I can't even decide if the 250R or X is right for me. I like all types of riding, and I'm just trying to make the best decision here. I haven't rode regularly in a while, but I used to ride for years when I was younger. Back then, we rode whatever bike we could get! Anyhow, I am 5/11", and weigh about 155lbs. Pretty thin build. I know a 450 is too big, and I really think I could rip around on a 125 or 150 but I see many guys who are smaller than me riding the CRF250R's all day long. Are there certain guidelines to follow when choosing the correct sized bike? I guess if I had a garage full of bikes to test ride, this would be easier, but I don't, and I probably won't ever have this luxury.... BTW, If there are any other threads that cover this subject, please feel free to point me in the right direction. In the meantime, I'll continue searching for any threads related to this subject.... Thanks fellas...
