  1. I just bought my son a 2001 pw50 and the pipe is really rusted, including the bolts that hold it on. I need to remove the pipe, but I am afraid I am going to snap the heads off of the frozen bolts (that go into the head). I have air tools, and a quick try just stripped the head of the bolt. Eventually I may just by a new top end ( under $100 on ebay including a new head), but would like to avoid it for as long as possible. So who has a GREAT tip freeing these bolts? Should I heat them? cool them? Is there a penetrating oil I can let soak? Just use vice grips on the stripped bolt? is there a more trick tool for grabbing it? Thanks for any help. Dylan
