    oil pipe banjo bolt

I drilled my upper one to match the bottom bolt and I now have over 35,000 on the bike with no cam wear.

XRR FMF Powerbomb header: is this dent normal?

My Pro Circuit pipe has no dent in it.
  3. Wouldn't that be something if it was just a loose battery cable?
  4. Did the shop use an ignitionmate for it's diagnostic work? I bought one and it's paid for itself already. http://www.klsupply.com/TUNINGDIAGNOSTIC/IGNITIONMATE/tabid/152/Default.aspx

    Port Job Opinions

Who ever did that port work did a mighty fine job, it almost looks like a cnc cutter did the work.

    83 XL600R parts

It's your only bet for a bike that old. Thank jeezus for e-bay

    Crash report..pig down.

Like you said, it doesn't take much to trash your oil pump. x2.........I would take compressed air an blow all the lines out too. The oil jets get clogged real easy so a good cleaning is in order.

    Aftermarket parts for the pig?

The quad market is huge, you can get just about anything you want for a old trx250r. But when it comes to a brp the list is short in comparison.

I believe Falicon can stroke your crank!!

Now you're a 100% correct. I've' built tons of race motors an you always want to put the longest rod you can in it for a better rod to stroke ratio.
  15. I don't see why you couldn't hone that a tad. It's better to be a bit loose than to tight. Have you checked your pin and rod hole to see what they measure? Like pop's said if it doesn't wobble give it a try. What do you have to lose at this point? It beats spliting the cases. After you get it back together if it doesn't knock you're home free. Which it shouldn't if the pin doesn't wobble. What do you think caused the oiling problem? Maybe he never changed the oil filter or???something else went wrong? I dunno:eek:
