A Shout Out to All Middle TN Riders

I'm 34 and none of my friends ride... ... you could call me the "Lone Rider"..... It's just more fun to ride with other dudes. I live in Mt. Juliet and can ride out of my back yard into hundreds of acres of trails with a ton of variety in landscape, hills, singletrack, wide-open landscape, creeks, technical.... you name it! I also like to ride MX (only raced 3 times)... I often go to paractice at several of the tracks around here (believe me... I need the practice ). In fact, I'm planning on going to a track this weekend to ride (weather permitting). Any one in the area that would want to ride the trails or truck share to a track with me.... well......I'm always up for riding! I just installed a new suspension and new jetting... the bike is rippin! Now its time to go riding!
  4. I've been riding for 28 years and just started racing this year. I've only raced a couple of times with decent results each time. I'm racing an indoor event this weekend for the first time and was wondering how different it is from outdoors? .........and what things I need to adjust for in comparison to outdoor mx? Thanks!

I'm having some serious frustration..............I'm wanting to service my steering head and check the bearings and such.................but the freakin steering stem nut wont budge...............hell I bench 220 and get get this thing to move one iota..............is this supposed to be so difficult?.......................anyone out there than can offer up some good advice?.....................I'm about to go postal over here!

    Help Please...

OK... I'm about to have my stock suspension upgraded and I've been checking around both locally and out of state for pricing and other info. Most everyone I've talked to has said that they would revalve my forks and shock with race tech valves. I'm also going to need new springs since I'm 200 lbs. However, MCR Suspension (who seems to have a good rep here on TT) suggests putting in new stock valves and shimming them out to the specs needed for my weight, riding style, etc. Before dropping the cabbage i want to make sure that this is going to produce quality results. Can stock valves be configured to perform as well as aftermarket valves??? Any advice or input would be appreciated!
