  1. I responded to your PM, I'm going to try the devols and see if they work with the fluidyne after reading your post and the response from SJMC Don. Thanks Guys...
  2. I have an 05 wr450 has anyone changed out their stock raidiator to a Fluidyne. I did and got it to mount, but the upper part of the radiator where the two hoses connect between the frame does not match up very well. Also, what aftermarket radiator guards will work on this? I bought the moose and they don't fit. The fluidyne radiators are thicker. Thanks in advance for all the help.
  3. The bike is priced right in the So. Cal market and your bike looks extremley clean. I bought a 05 WR450F here locally 2 months ago for 3500.00 but it looked terrible. The bike was 100% stock and needed alot of work. I had to buy the following, all new plastic (scratched), graphics kit (removed), exhaust (dented), radiator (damaged) new front wheel assembly (bent), and new tires. I also bought the following; brake and clutch lever, grips, frame guards, skid plate new speedo, jet kit, intake, ais kit, radiator guards, all covers (generator, oil, etc.) I have not ridden this bike yet and is still in pieces and I have an additional 2500.00 in parts I bought for this bike after I paid 3500.00 for it. Your bike is clean looking, and well worth 4000.00. Wich I did more homework before I bought this bike...
  4. Where are you located in so cal???
  5. Thanks for all the replies. And yes I ordered the devol guards already. I bought this bike used and wanted to make it look new again before I crashed on it... I also added a couple more coats and wet sanded, it's looking a little better now.... Nice to see it's not just my bike that the paint is coming off...
  6. Has anyone tried touching up their frame on a WR? If so what did you guys use? I bought some paint from an ebayer that you brush on, but it's not looking so good. Maybee after a few coats along with sanding then polishing it will look ok. Here are a few pics. of what I'm trying to accomplish. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/Equipingu/DSC00778.jpg http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/Equipingu/DSC00772.jpg http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/Equipingu/DSC00755.jpg http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/Equipingu/DSC00653.jpg 653 and 755 are before pics. 772 and 778 are after pics.
  7. Thanks, I found a new one for $33.00 and the ready racing for 50.00. I'm going with the aftermarket.
  8. I like that, what is it and where do I get one and how much was it? I took off the stickers, but haven't polished it yet. This look alot easier...
  9. I just got this bike and haven't taken it out yet. Just getting back into riding. I went to el mirage a month ago and plan on going back also plan on going to ocotillo wells.
  10. BB thanks for all the info. helped out alot. One last question, where did you get the frame guard at? Thanks
