  1. when i do the valves do i need springs also or can i reuse them
  2. all my valves are ok except 1 intake i cant shim it any more and need to get a new one my question is can i just get 1 valve or should i get both intake valves and also do i need springs at this time and a valve grind.or can i just get by with valves i am trying to do this as cheap as i can because i have already been planning on getting a new bike and i think now is the time. also any refurals on where to get the valve grind done if i need it and how much should it cost. thanks

  4. i got my head off my crf450r and was wondering if i can get my valve out with out a special tool
  5. last checked my valves about 10hrs ago and 1 intake was off set it and it ran fine for about 10 hrs now my 05 crf450r wont start now so i checked the valves and that same intake has no clearance at all spec. is .006 and i cant eaven get a .001 in. so i took the shim out and its a 128 then measured with no shim in it and all i could get in is .010 in with no shim in it. so my Qs is can i calculate a shim to make my valve ok or do i need a new head or can i get the head repaired. thanks
  6. i have a 05 crf450r and have the suspension done on it and i am currently looking at buying a 06-07 crf250r do you thing i would be able to swap the complete front forks and rear shock over with out any modifications thanks for all info

  8. i have a 04 crf450r and i converted it to super moto and when i am running about 40 mph or higher and maintaning a steady pace. it misses like crazy. i dont notice any thing when i am riding at the mx track or hard on the throttle. just when maintaning a steady pace any suggestions thanks
  9. hi i am in need of any info to help me get my 04 crf450 street legaled in the state of minnesota i have already done all the conversion headlight, tail light, brke light, horn, dot tires,mirror ect. i need help with the paper work getting a title, but i keep getting the run around i tryed the DMV they sent me to the inpection center they didnt eaven look at it because its a dirtbike. any help woud be appreciated thanks

  11. also can i use the wire that goes fron stator to cdi as the wire to charge the battery do i need any regulators or any thing else thanks
  12. i was wondering if i will need to upgrade my stator if i am going to have a headlight and tail light i believe stock is 60w and i have seen ones as high as 75w any one know if i will be ok with stock 60w i will be using a 9 oz. ni-cad battery in the system also thanks

  14. i got a 04 crf450 and i am making it street legal so i will need power and ground for my headlight tail light and horn. i am wondering if i will need a battery or if i can run this off my stater and eather way any one got any info on what wires to use off stater or voltage regulator or any wiring info for this. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
