  1. 20:1??? Check jetting and especially needle seat too!!
  2. Put in what came out of the calipers. The only advantage of the non metal pistons is weight savings
  3. Gasoline or brake cleaner works best
  4. Its totally fine. Dont be so worried its a brand new bike. Run it and run it hard for petes sake!!
  5. Never mind I figured it out.....
  6. Did you read your manual? the answer is in it
  7. Hey guys do I need to bleed all the air out of the fork prior to removing old stock schrader air valve?? And once I get new Works connection Schrader valve on the fork is there a quicker way to get some air into the fork (NOT ALL THE AIR) without having to use the WP air fork pump??

  9. Put it back in the fork it came out of man! If no air came out then there wasnt any in there...
  10. ODI Lock on Grips are the best out now IMO. Half waffle. Ive used and worn out all of the grips on the market these days over the last 30 years. You can not beat these grips!@!!!
  11. Thats easily bent back!! Come on Man!! \
  12. Never seen a can of VP110 with an ethanol sticker on it like pictured??? Hmmmmm
  13. Run Amsoil Dominator at 50:1
  14. WellI would say that piston and rings has a lot more hours than 20 based on the blow bye (LOTS). But if you have no up and down play on the crank, get a new piston and rings and ruff up the glaze on the cylinder and install and run it. If you have some extra money send the cylinder off to be replated by a reputable shop (with new piston and rings). Then when you get it back and install everything it will be good as new!! Thats what I would do!!
  15. You did something wrong. Not sure what it is, but you did. You should not hear any clatter.....
