All too often I find that you only hear about a company when people have a bad experience. Well this is just the opposite, I recently dealt with GPR, because I had purchased a stabilizer for the wrong bike(my fault). Their customer service was absolutely top notch! When I called, they had a real live human being answer the phone(no BS recordings) everyone I spoke to was very knowledgable, and willing to go out of their way to help me out. They shipped me out all the stuff I needed & I received it the next day, they also included a return label for the stuff I had mistakenly bought. The stabilizer & all mounting hardware were high quality & installed easily. I highly recommend you check them out if you're in the market for a stabilizer.
