  1. Nice setup. I called RG3 today and they didn't think the top clamp would clear the post that mounts on the steering tube. The concern was that the rear bolts for the bar clamp woould hit the post when the bars are turned at full lock. Looks like it works! I plan to use a Fastway top bar mount that includes a Scott's mount and handguard mount.

  3. I posted a similar question before I saw this one. Will a conventionaly mounted Scott's damper work with the RG3's? The tower that mounts to the steering tube may interfere with the clamps. Anyone tried this?
  4. Has anyone fitted a Scott's stabilizer with an RG3 top clamp? I currently use the BRP's under bar mount. I'd like to switch to RG3 clamps but have been warned that on some applications the RG3 rear bar clamp bolts interfere with the mount for the Scott’s damper pin that attaches to the top of the steering tube. I will use the Fastway top bar clamp with the stabilizer mount on top of the RG3 lower bar clamp. Just wondering if anyone has tried this. Thanks…
  5. I have used them for years on a variety of helmets with no problems. However, I have never used them on a painted helmet, only the factory finish.
  6. I had the Rekluse on my KTM 200EXC and loved it. I now have one on my '05 450r and love it too. On the KTM I also had the flywheel weight but removed it once I got the Rekluse. Even my son who is a motocross purist will admit that it is great on the trails. It's difficult to explain to people how it works until they try it. I'm hooked and have the perch adjuster and dual rear brake system. IMHO it's worth the money. I also have a Scott's stabilizer and run a 50t rear sprocket. I love this setup and while I ocasionaly miss my 200 the 450 is a blast!
