  1. One tool that I have not seen mentioned is a impact driver I have used the one I have for over 50 years and shows it use but keeps on working. a driver and a good phillips socket or allen socket or what ever it takes to fit the screw to be removed, a small or med hammer with a tap or 2 while keeping a twist on driver and you got it loose. Over the years have even removed screws that look almost as bad as the pic you have posted. Cheapest insurance you can buy when working on our favorite toys.
