  2. I don't know what my problem is but my 250X is just a couple of inches too tall for me. I can just tip toe it...I guess I'm retarded...
  3. I'm 5' 10" and can only tip toe on my CRF250X. It's been fine at speed, but when I slow down especially on hills or high centers, I tip it over alot. My buddy thinks I'm gay but at least I'm faster than him! I'm told there are after market seats that don't have as much foam in them. I've also heard that the springs and shocks can be adjusted. I'm sure I'm not alone with this height issue. What have you done to remedy the problem. What should or shouldn't be done? I'm guessing the springs and shock adjusting are pretty major???   5. I don't anything about stator's? Is that a lighting coil? You mentioned that you had Trail Tech rewind yours. How did you go about doing that? Did you have to send it to them?

  7. I'm thinking of changing out my stock headlight to a more brighter option (i.e. halogen?) Has anyone tried this? Any ideas on the best one to buy? Will the stock lighting coil handle a duel halogen set up? Thanks for the input.
  8. I'm thinking of changing out my headlight and putting on one of those new Acerbis Cyclops? Has anyone out there tried it? It seems wider than my stock light? Plus it has 5-6 wires and I haven't checked my stock one to see what kind of plugs or wires are back there? They say it is universal...I'm also concerned about my lighting coil. I'm not sure if it can handle the extra load of the dual halgen system? I'm also wondering if there are any concerns with halogen bulbs being more fragile than standard stock bulbs....Thanks
