  1. The washers? Are you referring to the spacers that go into the front of the shrouds? Best bet is to call Cycra. For bolts, you can use the OEM allen bolts on the fork guards. Cycra sold them with the kit in 2014. They changed them in 2015 though, to a thicker style allen.

  4. That's what she said I'm glad they are making these very tight, I wouldn't want it coming off while racing.
  5. Just a side note, the other day I raced my 2 stroke back to back with my 2013 450, bad idea. Almost killed myself on the two stroke, over jumping everything. So, now I'm trying to convince my wife that I need a 2013 AND 2014, but wondering how big the differences would be. I don't want to jump on the '14 too early either, as I want them to work out any bugs that might come up.
  6. GYTR has a set up so it easily pops off with some force. Perhaps that will help you. Myself, I welcome a more open cockpit and the less likely hood of my gas cap coming off and drenching myself in gasoline. Have you had that happen during a race before? I didn't finish as I sprinted / stripped and poured a gallon of water on my junk.
  7. They made the tank bigger from the '13 to the '14. It's now 2 gallons vs 1.6 gallons. Least there is that. I'm super stoked for these bikes. I did a lot of work to my '13 to get it handle right. Seems like these have a lot of those changes. ie moving the engine forward and leaning back more for a more planted feel in mid corners. Stoked they kept the same forks, I'm not too excited about air forks at this point. My '13 is dialed now, but I do want one of these. Maybe my wife will let me sell my '11 two stroke and have two 450s. It's been so tough riding both of them and switching back and forth. Over jumped big time on my two stroke the other day after getting off the four stroke.
  8. Great shots bud!! Hope you're enjoying the smoker!
  9. FWIW, the GYTR Magnetic Drain Bolt doesn't have a crush washer, just a normal copper washer.
  10. Try moving the lever in towards the middle more. Or get an aftermarket clutch like a Hinson, made my life much easier. But they aren't cheap.
  11. Wish FMF and Dr. D would come out with their "wrap around" exhausts like JGR has. Doug Dubach ran one at the Vet Nationals. That'd be the shortest by far. I have a DRD NS-4, and it only sticks past the fender by about 2"?
  12. Nice shot, even got the moon in there
  13. I still recommend taking it apart and cleaning it. Having dirt / debris in your carb is no joke, especially when it gets lodged somewhere to make your throttle stick.
