  1. I called my Honda shop where I usually buy my bikes but my usual sales person left the industry. I spoke with the “next available” sales person for a price on a 2011 450. $8,400 out the door!!!!! So before I go to another dealer I was hoping somebody knows how much the Dealer Incentives are…this helps tremendously when negotiating price.
  2. Which dealer has the lowest prices in Texas? I wouldn't mind going to Oklahoma or Louisiana. I would go to Bardwell's in MS but they are switching owners so they have no inventory.
  3. I feel like I need a bigger spring on my rear shock. I am 215lbs on an 09 450 SX-F. I ride 50% MX & 50% HS. Should I just go to a Standard 7.6 or go to a Progressive 7.15-9.05 spring?
  4. If you do the JD Kit with the rubber O-ring or the spacer for the fuel pump do you still need to get the RD Power Pump 2 to get rid of the off ideal bog? And whats better: Thicker faster squirt (O-ring) or decrease fuel squirt (spacer fuel pump)?
  5. To get rid of the off idle hesitation do I need to install the R&D Powerbowl 2 or the PowerPump 2?
  6. What dealers in Texas are unloading 08/09 RMZ 450 at a great price?
  7. Does it stall because the ideal is too low or is it electrical like the kill switch/wiring harness? Anybody else have an issue like that?
  8. When changing my oil in my 08 250SX I was cleaning my magnet on the end of the drain bolt and noticed a piece of metal that is very small rolled up into a ball. I know that means something specific but I can remember. Can you please remind me. Thank you for the assistance.
  9. Custom made MRD with the power curve that fits your riding style for only $400 and a life time warrantee You can't go wrong!
  10. Will a 2008/09 250sx gas tank fit the 2008/2009 200xc?
  11. This is a real world, by the seat of my pants, no dyno real life experience. My ride is a 2008 YZ450F. I have used Yoshi the most but have ridden PC and FMF…even Two Brothers. Now I am on a Yamaha and the first thought was DRD. But… One night (after a couple of cold ones) I was surfing the net and sent in a question on MRD’s web site. 9am the next morning I get a call, “Hi this is Dave from MRD, I would love to answers any questions you have about exhausts”. I was floored! Dave and I had a 15 minute conversation about what type of riding I do, how hard I ride and what I like and dislike about my bike. Never once before I purchased an exhaust was I able to call up DR. Yoshimoura or Mitch Payton to discuss my specifications. I usually get one maybe two choices from a retailer like Motosport. Dave finished the conversation by saying I have 3 specifications for my type of riding (race trails but practice motocross) but he has a favorite that he thinks I would love. Of course he explained that every system he builds his custom to the rider, his life time warrantee and also would send jetting specs for my elevation. For right over 400 I got a complete system with jetting specs. He told me exactly how it would feel. And can you believe it…it actually felt exactly how he said it would. I will never buy from anybody else! Why would you spend $500-$1200 on an exhaust and not get it custom made for you. You ‘all are crazy; MRD is the only way to go!!!!!!!
  12. I am thinking about a DrD exhaust system for my 08 YZ450. Sometimes I hear that the head pipe is in the way of the oil filter cover. Is this true? If you don’t put a stud with a back nut on it you would have to remove the head pipe when changing the oil filter?
  13. I destroyed my Muffler yesterday but the head pipe is fine. Does anybody have experience with a Pro Circuit T4 Slip On? Will it work well with the stock head pipe? Or do I need to bite the bullet and spend an extra $175.00 for a full DRD system? I am on a budget.
  14. Has anybody put an E-Start on a 2007 or 2008 250SXF? Can you give me (us) some insight? Cost, install and how did it perform?
  15. Which would be better for tight trails the XCF or XCFW? Is that because of the tranny and or the front fork set up?
