  2. 09 450x. i got a new led brakelight and pressure switch. how are you guys running the wire from the switch to a power source and so it doesnt melt next to the exhaust pipe? thanks, jspd234
  3. fixed it. made sure silencer wasn't clogged, messed with air screw, needle position, etc. oiled uni filter, raised needle all the way up and even added a teeny tiny dinky washer under clip to raise needle even more, changed out 58 main jet to a 62 main jet. lots of removing needle and re-installing for proper needle position and adjusting air screw. it is definitely trial and error testing for shore. its done and it has more grunt than stock and seems to breathe better at high rev!!. thats all i wanted. its cool!!!
  4. bike is stock. took off stock airbox, installed unifilter, raised needle up and each time it got a bit better. adjusted air screw to 1 turn out where it works best. now bogs from idle if you gas it too fast but if you roll on the throttle slow it rev's up ok . once your in a mid to high rpm range, it works fine. since there is no pilot jet to change, what do i do to get rid of the stumble??
  5. ran fine with stock airbox, i figured i will have to go up on the main for mid to wide open throttle but the stumble is from idle to partial open throttle. i will oil the filter to see if there is a difference(it is dry, my son put it on).

  7. my dad just bought an 04 crf250x for me....i was drag racing my friend who has a 02 wr250f...he seemed to steadily pull away after 2nd gear, i have had the air box opened, JD-jetting kit, and new valves.....is there anything else i can do w/o spending anymore $$$ (like opening it up)undefined
  8. its stock except a pro circuit t4 silencer. what mods can i do to it?
