  2. How difficult is it to pull the left crank case cover? special tool needed?
  3. Thanks for the quick reply. Would a synthetic plugging of the hole (which is about the size of a pencil eraser) work? I don't even know of such a thing exists.
  4. I have a '06 Honda CRF250R and had on of the threaded bosses/towers break-off, exposing a hole in the crank case. The tower is the one that holds the chain sprocket plastic cover in place. Honda wants $900 bucks to fix, what about simply welding the hole shut? Any recommendations on welding or not to weld?
