  1. Good luck
  2. I am doing a compression test on a used RMZ I bought to make sure it's all good! Does anyone know what the compression test should run on an 07 RMZ250 with a 14.2:1 CP high compression piston? I am getting 110, which is good for stock! 55-115 for stock Thanks
  3. I would recommend replacing the clutch spring bolts on the pressure plate with a higher shear strength bolt. I am new to the RMZ too. I pulled mine down and noticed the bolts that hold the clutch springs in were stretched (the threads were separated more at one end and it was thinner). This was after one bolt broke when I torqued it to 7lbs spec. I don't know if this is related to the clutch problems or not, but hopefully it helps.
  4. I tried this guy on ebay- great manual and got it in 3 days (07 RMZ250). The guys at repairmanual.com jacked me around, so I really wouldn't go through them ever again. I was skeptical at first, but it turned out to be a good deal!! http://stores.ebay.com/MC-Manual-Super-Store Good luck-Barry
  5. Thanks guys. I had a great experience with Enzo on a YZ, but I am going to also talk to the guy's at FC. Thanks again, Barry
  6. Polisport is the only manufacturer I have seen with white. You can get it through worldwidemx.com. Although I am still waiting on mine after a week:foul:
