  1. "Sell the CRF150F, pass along the CRF70 to 12 year old; the CRF100 to the 27 year old (intended rider weight is up to 160Lbs I believe?) and add a CRF50 to the herd for the 6 year old? " Sold the CRF150 in 1-day made $400 :-) Went out today and the 12 yr picked up the transition from a quad to a dirtbike easily but it was muddy and got mad after a few falls. The 70 seems to work for her and untill she improves I'd keep her on it then go to a CRF80. The G/F seems to like the CRF100 but I was looking for a 50 and saw a TTR125 along with a TTR50. Trying to decide if I want to put her on a TTR125. The great thing about the CRF100 is the weight 170lbs wet. Started looking at mods to the suspension like maybe putting a CR85 front fork and something for the rear? She is 5'5" 105lbs. I could always get the big bore for the 100 but what can I do to the suspension?
  2. What is the part number for the 230 triangle? Are you sure it will give you a full inch? I looked over the shock on the 2006 CRF100 and I dont see any adjustment. Thanks!
  3. Ok so been searching the forums as I bought used CRF70, CRF100 & CRF150f and they are a little big for my 6yr, 12yr, and 27yr Looks like I can buy a CRF150F - Kouba Lowering Link $133 (www.crfsonly.com) for the 150 but also read something about changing the triangle link from the CRF230 on the CRF150 and it will lower it 1" ($50). Has anyone replaced a part for the 230 and that worked? She needs an inch to be flat footed. My 6yr old I may just pick up a 50 as the 70 seems too big. But shes tall and pretty big so IDK might just hv her try it. The 12yr old I got the 100 over an 80 cause I found a really good deal and figured she would grow into it. Kinda wish I got an CRF80 as she would be almost flat footed and she is tip toes on the CRF100. Wish they had a lowering kit for it? My daughters have had quads and I'm transitioning them to dirtbikes as Dad has a 450x. If I hv to I'll buy two more 50 and a 80 as they have never ridden. Might just get a 50 and let my 12 yr old practice on the 70. Cheers too my fam all ridding RED!!

  5. Humm I like my stock tires lol
  6. When you get healthy you might consider a Yamaha Rhino. I don't think I'd get on a quad. But with a roll cage and a seatbelt you prob convince even the wife that it's safe Keep on truckin!
  7. I think I might be able to compete with those winners http://good-times.webshots.com/album/555640602qCQRUj?start=0 Don't know why I couldn't get the pics to show so I just posted the a link. I know thats lame!!

  11. Yulp... I'm on back order... First one in line as I'm told

  13. I wanted to order yoshimura's complete exhaust for $359.95: http://www.motosport.com/product.jsp?path=-1|31989|39722|87514&id=310935 from motosport.com but its on backorder for at least a month im told. So anyone have a link to another site to order this complete exhaust?
  14. Damn you just fliped me with the shared knowledge of high speed verses low speed and Scotts ability to do both. Ok now I am leaning towards Scotts... I'll try to call them.
  15. Ok I think I decided to get the GPR V3 but I want Standard bar mounts. I have an 1 1/2 up & 1 1/38 forward bar risers and I want to continue to use those with my stock bars. For one majoir benifit... I can stand. I'm 6'4 and love the bars being forward the extra inch. Looks like the V2 and V3 GPR kits all mount under the bars (which I want) but I only see them to use with "fat bar". Anyone have a V2 or V3 kit that works with a Std bar? http://www.gprstabilizer.com/honda-2005-crf450rx-fat-bar-kit-p-246.html http://www.gprstabilizer.com/dirt-bikes-honda-c-34_40.html?page=1&sort=2a
