  1. Sorry, we have the sweep teams filled for this year.
  2. I have ridden that area and it is pretty much just a two track road going up from behind the Grange to the lakes. This area has some issues though with legality. I have been told both that it is legal but not signed as such, as well as told that it was closed to ORV. Ed Hayden from the La Collage Inn may have some insight.
  3. http://stumpjumpers.org/…/2018-desert-100-pre-registration…/ Pre-Registration is now open! If you want to save time in Odessa and not wait in the longer lines, simply follow the link above and select which events you want to pre-register for. Fill out and print the PDF, and mail the form and check or money order to the address listed on the form. Pre-registration forms and payment must be received by March 31st. If you miss the deadline, don't worry, just bring cash with you to Odessa in April. You can even print out the form and bring it with you so we don't have to read your handwriting and misspell your name in the results.
  4. That is for the race series, not the Poker Run series they are talking about. Jeff Mortzheim <jmortzheim@nmaoffroad.org> is the guy in charge of the Poker Run series. You should email him for info.
  5. Only if you are parking. There has been a lot of confusion online that this is an "Access Pass" and not a "Parking Pass". If you ride there on street plated bike without ORV tabs or a Disco Pass, you are legal until you park somewhere. Bottom sentence at this page.... http://discoverpass.wa.gov/31/About-the-Pass "If you just want to drive through state recreation lands managed by DNR and WDFW and you do not leave your vehicle, you do not need a pass."
  6. Do it Ironman!
  7. We still have spots available for this race. It is the only chance to ride these trails at our private property. They are what Reiter used to be. Don't miss out!
  8. Yes, this is on our private property.
  9. I just renewed my 450R and they tried to give me a plate like they give the ATV's instead of an ORV tab. They have completely confused themselves with all of this.
  10. The Buttstomper 24hr Offroad Challenge is July 15th/16th. The flyer and Pre-Registration can be found at: http://stumpjumpers.org/DadaMailPro/dada/mail.cgi/r/SJMCMembers/912789362525/neil.stamp/frontier.com/

    Nothing that I know of.

Bonneville Power. And they freaked out when DNR asked to allow motorized use around their towers. They never had a problem before because they never officially authorized it and limited their liability. Once the question was asked, they were only able to get an agreement to allow travel at the future parking area across their easement to get to the trails. This is at the upper powerline area that people used to camp.

Here is the lap time results from last years race. http://assets.ngin.com/attachments/document/0084/9165/2015_SALVAGE_ENDURO_NMA_Results_Class.xlsx.pdf

This is a "Sprint Enduro" on Sunday. It is where you do a lap as fast as possible. When you come back into the pit area you can wait to go back out and do another lap as fast as possible. There is a time limit as to how long you can take to do your laps, but you can rest in between unlike the Harescramble which is 1 1/2 or 2 1/2hrs of continual laps as fast as possible.

Everything is on pavement or concrete.
