  1. I have a 05 CRF50 with a TB88 big bore kit on it. I have a Keihin PC18 carb installed and i am wondering if i need to change the jetting. Right now the pilot jet is a 35 and it is hard to see the numbers on the main but it looks like an 85. The bike starts fine but when i am riding it in the higher rpms it seems to bog down and speed up and bog down.. Would this be a jetting issue?
  2. William, Thank you so much. This is what i thought.
  3. Can anyone tell me which hole is the idle screw.. I know the screws are taken out but i dont know which is the idle and which is the air mixture screw.
  4. I have the Two Bro kit. I installed it around 2006, so i dont know if they have changed anything. I am used to the power, but i wanted to tame it down some for kids to ride.
  5. Hey all, I have a 2005 CRF50F that i installed an 88cc big bore kit several years ago. Ever since i installed the kit the bike seems like it has too much power and will raise the front end off the ground easily. Recently i adjusted the clutch but it still seems like it has too much torque. I like the torque but i dont feel comfortable letting anyone ride it as it will loop your butt on the ground. I want to make it safe for my nephew with out reverting it back to the stock 50cc motor. I was thinking about changing the sprocket. Would this help my situation? The front and rear sprocket are stock. Also, I was wondering.. when i kick start the bike it seems like every so often the kick start lever kicks but it feels like it is not moving the motor, like it is not catching anything. Is this common?

  7. Ok i was wondering if anyone can tell me the advantages and disadvantages of having a 1/4 turn throttle assembly. Right now i have a 1/4 turn but my roommate fookin crashed it and broke my throttle tube. I need to get a new one and i was just wondering.
  8. hey JRinTX what was the name of the thread? O and what kinda place could i bring it to get it welded?
  9. Ok i have a CRF50 2005 and my friend has a swing arm for the same year but for a CRF70. I was wondering what exactly i will have to do to make this work on my CRF50.
