  1. yep was runnin rich yamaha said they would install around a 175 main jet and take it from there....i got it back with the 175 main jet and it gets real hott after running it hard for more then 2 mins......got a new rad. comein in soon and the fan is working also got some rad. scoops i hope this will help with that....still runnin the 55 pilot not sure how many turns out on the screw will update later. thanks!!

  3. HEY GUYZ I NEEDED SOME HELP.....I GOT A DUNCAN 470 INSTALLED THIS WEEKEND AND KINDA GUESSED AT THE JETTING ON MY FCR CARB. ITS A 39MM FCR. I HAVE A FULL EXHAUST AND ALM. AIRBOX WITH NO LID. KnN FILTER. I WAS WONDERIN IF SOMEONE HAD THE SAME SETUP. OR CLOSE. I TALKED WITH DUCAN AND THEY SAID THEY HAVE NOT TESTED ON 39 JUST A 40 AND IT WAS WAY DIF. THE FCR IS OFF A YFZ AND I WILL BE TAKEIN THE QUAD 2 THE YAMAHA DYNO SOON. THEY SAID THEY NEEDED TO KNOW AROUND WHAT RANGE THE JETTING WAS SO THEY COULD ORDER SOME A FEW HIGHER AND LOWER. ANY HOW IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO PLEASE LET ME KNOW....I AM AT SEA LEVL. AND ITS VERY HOTT HERE 90 DEG. OR SO.....I PUT IN A 55 PILOT AND A 205 MAIN 3 TURNS OUT ON THE SCREW. BIKE RUNS FINE NO POPS OR ANYTHING BUT I KNOW WHEN U FINE TUNE THE FCR IT RIPZ.. THANKS
