  1. Perfect. That's exactly the info I was looking for. Thanks fttam
  2. Any room? Im thinking about buying a 14/47 set with a 112 chain and a 41 tooth for the 17" wheel. Then I'd be 14/47 dirt, 14/41 SM with the 112 chain for both set ups and hope that will work.
  3. OK, I'm sure this has been beat to death here and understand that I have already spent quality work time searching the site for the answer with no lock so, here it goes; I have an SModel with dirt and SM wheels. Can I go 14/47 on the dirt and 14/39 or 14/41 on the SM wheel and use the same chain? I'm sure someone out there has figured out the best solution. Is 112 link too long for 14/39, 14/41? is 110 too short for 14/47? Can I go 15/39 and 15/47 with the 112? My goal here is to keep the chain and CS when swapping wheels. What is the happy medium? I commute on the SM wheels and never need to go much faster than 60mph (minimal freeway). Any thoughts on this will be appreciated
  4. New Conti Rubber on the SM Wheels. Now I have the hooligan commuter. It sure is a completely different motorcycle on 17's with street tires
  5. I rode mine to work in the rain. Seems the DRC tail light and rear signals look pretty good. Also found an SM rear wheel on ebay and it is on the way.
  6. Best offer of $300 shipped for SM front wheel with tire for my S. Looking for rear now. Does anyone here know If I can use an S model front rotor on that or do I need to get the SM rotor kit and switch out the bracket every time I swap to/from dirt wheels?
  7. New oil recirc box since the clown I bnought mine from removed the original. Oily mess in the airbox. Also, used but like net Pro Taper7/8 bars to replace the factory ones WHEN they get bent and DRC turn signals to go with the tail light assembly I put on last week
  8. Sometimes the simple fix is the best. Thanks for the tip.
  9. Thats a good lookin bike. How do you like the knobbies on the SM wheels?
  10. You guys are killing me. Now I want a pair! I can stop modding my DRZ anytime I want, really I can
  11. Good to know. I'm waiting for the box from ebay so will have to deal with the oily mess until it arrives then, change oil, filter and air filter, clean up mess and ride! Thanks everyone
  12. Found one. $19.90 shipped. Just pisses me off what some "shade tree mechanics" think is a good idea. You're right...oily mess indeed. I feel better knowing it was stupidity and nothing seriously wrong. Thanks
  13. Thanks, checking ebay now

Good advice. Which one did you send her/them to?
