  1. the local bike shop says pore hot water around hotstart area on the carb it swells the carb area a bit to free the plunger up then clean up and reasemable with silicon grease,clean out more often worked for me:thumbsup:
  2. Pour hot water over plunger area and turn plunger with screwdriver or pull on cable.When out clean the dirt and crud off plunger ,clean plunger hole,then reassemble with plenty of silicon grease.The hot water expands the plunger hole slightly.Worked 4 me
