    Clarke tank and radiator cap

I can get my radiator cap off but its not fun and more than once I've just pulled the tank to check the level. I do have my Clarke shimmed a little with foam though.

    Kings 966, rotational direction?

Thanks guys. So if I understand correctly looking at the rear of the bike the top picture would be the right way to mount it. That is what I assumed but I didn't want to have to do a remount later. Thanks again!

    Kings 966, rotational direction?

I've looked them over well and if its there it's invisible. I've never seen a directional tire without an indication of which way it should spin either. It is strange, but it does seem to be a decent tire.

    Kings 966, rotational direction?

I'm ready to mount these up and have not seen a direction arrow even though, as you can see, they are obviously meant to rotate a certain way. Which way should I mount these up? In case its relevant I ride hard pack and fire roads mostly, no mud.

    starter woes.

I'm all for it Eddie as long as the rules are applied fairly and to all who participate here.

    starter woes.

So if someone is looking for a part we can jump in and offer it for sale on the DRZ forum, but we can't start a post in which the title is "nearly new starter for sale, $50, PM me?" or the like? Am I close here? The link to the thread below has me confused: http://www.thumpertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=550090&highlight=forum+rules Two people have clamied we cannot sell anything at all here on these forums.

WHOA, shouldn't this be in the classifieds!? I've seen people get reprimanded for much, much less. "Classifieds - For Sale/Wanted Ads This is the place for TT'rs to post their bikes, parts, accessories, gear, etc. up for sale to other TT'rs."

I know virtually nothing about starter motors, but I did just find this on ebay and thought you may be interested. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Suzuki-DRZ-400-starter-brush-kit_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ34284QQihZ004QQitemZ140158376361QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW Edit: Insert link to starter motor: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DRZ400-CASE-STARTER-MOTOR-SUZUKI-DRZ-400-KLX400-KLX-400_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ35595QQihZ004QQitemZ140160338876QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

Not that I would want one but...

That's excatly what I thought when I saw a couple of cruisers with them last week. Those dang flashers made me go slow for 5 miles while I was looking for the cops those damn bikes told me were there, but really were'nt. I'm all for visibility and these do make you visible, but it is distracting and if you tell me there's a cop up ahead then it better be there (otherwise you go on my list).

    Took DRZ to the Shop

Oh right, sorry. Well the 3x3 isn't going to do anything but help, exhaust or not.

    Took DRZ to the Shop

Naw, the DRZ is lean from the factory to meet EPA emision rules. If you want a good performing bike it needs to be re-jetted.

Death Stall Hel. Bike stalls after any jump

You need to disable the kickstand kill switch which will kill the ignition whenever the kickstand is down or when going over bumps. Edit: Bill beat me to it.

    Brake Lines Length Question???

Oops I just saw this part of the question, sorry. No I didn't since it was labeled correctly and no one else had problems with the Moose line I just installed it when I did my KTM fork guards.
