  1. Whose gonna be out there on Saturday? Ill be out there all day. black ford sd with a wr450..... Lets RIDE!!!!! :bonk:
  2. Hey All. My family is going to commanche lake for Turkey day and I want to bring my bike to go ride. Deer Creek looks to be about 1.5 hours from the lake. It looks like a lot of fun. Im from central cal so I ride pozo/La panza. Pozo is fun but its really hard to get lost. How is Deer Creek? Also anybody have any good directions from the south shore of camanche? Ill be heading out Saturday AM. Anybody wanna take a tag along Sat. morning? Thanks for the help!
  3. I just picked up a 8X20 Pace American pursuit with torsion suspension, 4 wheel e-brakes, insulated, with fold down ramp for $7500 otd. I just moved and I fit everything I own plus three dirt bike into it with room to spare. And no need to tie anything down:p I love enclosed trailers.
  4. thats one min. of my life I will never get back. thanks
  5. Out riding and not TALKING!!
  6. Nope.
  7. Thats exactly what happened. I recieved an e-mail a while back saying that we were going to change our carb cleaners to conform to new regulations that will be put into affect at the first of the year. It sucks. Here in CA when we recieve non CA legal cleaners they dissapear so fast, before anybody even knows!
  8. First off, my all original (other than 03 cam) 01 wr250F with about a thousand miles on it. The other morning I started it (first kick:applause: ) and right after I turned the choke off (about 5 seconds) I wrapped the throttle:naughty: . I got a little puff of purple smoke. I know, no big deal. My question is: the bike is a friggin rocket, never had ANY problems. I am no pro, I ride trails in central CA. Would it be worth it to throwm in new rings and a piston? Now remember, I ride 50 mile loops two times a month and have had not one problem with the bike. Never had to adjust valves, all in spec. clean filter and oil every two rides! I love it. What to do.....

  11. Thats exactly what I have!!! Thank you. What do you all reccomend?
  12. Am I reading this right? MY 01 WR250F has a #100 leak jet.... DOes not sound right.....
  13. On the 250X I worked on I had to pull the subframe and shock off to get to the carb!! Then to put it back together I had to take the airbox off the subframe and put it on the carb first because you cant see if you actually got it on all the way. It took almost two hours to get it off and put back on! Try doing that between moto's!!!!
  14. It was a Honda. Figured the yz would be the same......
  15. Just spent the better part of the day changing the jets on an alum. frame. All I can say is you cann have that! I'll stick with my steel frames. Carbs in and out fifteen min.
