  1. Is your clutch cover and pipe guard (or whatever you call it) powder coated or what?
  2. Way to be an dickhead. It's one damn can on the shock resevoir. I like it because it matches the color scheme of my graphics. Are you saying that you've never put a sticker or a graphics kit on your bike? It's the same idea.
  3. All I used for mine was tin snips. Then I just used a black zip tie to hold it on, the zip tie isn't even noticable.
  4. Will a 2006 crf250r crankcase bolt onto a 2004 frame?
  5. Well the intake clearance is supposed to be something like .09-.15 I think. We checked the clearance and it was like .25 I think we found the problem.
  6. What about it? We never had this problem before the new head and piston. Enlighten me please.
  7. We just finished putting together a 04 Crf250. We replaced the piston and rings and put on a brand new 07 head. When we start it there is a fast loud ticking. Does anyone know whats going on here?
  8. Yeah, notice his numbers are reversed.
  9. Thanks for the reply. I messed with the pilot screw some and it seems to be a lot better. It doesn't cut out any more. It just seems like there is a small bit of popping and maybe a little bog. Either way it's a lot better than before.

  11. I'm helping a friend with a 04 crf250 and whenever I'm riding at about 1/8-1/4 throttle the bike pops and it tends to die out during decel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
