  1. You've been warned... A month ago, January 12, 2010, I placed an order online for graphics for my 2003 450 MXC and a seat cover. The only reason I ordered from Afterburner MX was because after scouring the Internet for a graphics set for my bike, they were the only ones that had them. One Industries used to make them, and no longer does. They took the order and my money and I awaited the shipment. After 10 days and no sign of the order I called them. Kept going to voice-mail that said that the voice-mail box was full, so I couldn't even leave a message... in any department. So I waited until about 3 hours into their Store Open hours and called again. I talked to some girl in Customer Service that said that the package was shipped and she would call back with a tracking number. Two days later I called back, after not hearing from them, and ended up talking to the same girl. She said she would look into it with shipping, and she would call back. I called back in 1 hour to see what was going on. She said they don't have the graphics and she would have to contact One Industries to see about getting more. I told her to do that and call me back. Eff this, I called One myself, talked to a really cool guy on the phone that explained it to me very clearly. They have to make 100 sets of graphics to break even, because of the silk screen process they use. They believe the process is superior to printed graphics. He further said that if I could find an old set of those the adhesive would be no longer any good, because they haven't made those in a long time. So... the off the shelf graphics aren't happening. I call back Afterburner and tell them to drop the graphics from the order. Now I'm below the $99 minimum order, so they want to charge shipping. I said no way, I could have ordered that seat cover from another company. I only got it from them to get free shipping. She agreed to waive the shipping charge, and said it would ship that day. Three days go by and no word. I call to get a tracking number and it STILL hasn't shipped. They said they were waiting on their shipment from Factory Effex, which just arrived, and it would ship that day. I asked what time is UPS pick-up, because I'm calling to get a tracking number. I call after pick-up and actually receive a number. I plug it into the computer and it is in the UPS system. A week goes by and I haven't received the package. I call UPS to see what's up. They say that the package may be lost, but I cannot initiate a Trace on it, since it is not my property yet. Hell Yes it's my property, for a month now.... but they don't care. I call back Afterburner and tell them what UPS said. Then I ask for a refund. He want's to know why. I said because I don't want to be talking to you a month from now. He agrees to the refund and says it will process in 7-10 days! I'm really at my wits end. Worst part of the whole deal is that I couldn't care less what my bike looks like... this is just to make it look better to sell. Hope I can save some other riders from such a waste of time.

Very BAD service from Afterburner MX

OK, so the modified tail light isn't for me. Pics.

    Is that 4:3 or 16:9?

    Show me your baby's tail

Savage, How did you mount the bracket? I can't see any bolt heads on top of the fender...did you weld that bracket on or something? BTW, that is a sweet set-up. It looks like the turn signals can pivot in a get-off, providing you didn't wrench-em down too tight. Nice job.
