Which Oils Are You Using ?

In the engine I use rotella synthetic. Are we the only ones to use chain oil?? I use the parafin oil on my street bike, but bar and chain oil seems to work fine on the non o ring chains Richard

Which Oils Are You Using ?

For chain oil, since I have a none o ring chain I pick up a bottle of bar and chain oil from walmart, ride and get the chain hot and then apply. It is sticky as hell soaks in and wipe off excess. Has worked well for years. Richard

07 TC 450 Kick Start Shaft Broke

Dont take this the wrong way, but you have to get it on TDC with comp release, push through to next resistance and kick from that resistance, kick from resistance, don't let up and then just jam done on it. I have seen lots of them broken this way. ALso do NOT give them gas when kicking over this will for sure kick back as it changes the timing of the spark based on throttle position. Richard
