    Help a newbie out. 2002 RM 125

Hey man, thanx for the reply. Just what I wanted to hear. I guess I just needed a little shove. I think I'm gonna get some cash to him this weekend. Can't wait to get back on a dirt bike.

Yeah, I just talked to him tonight and he said he would sell it for $1200. Can a guy go wrong at that price? Are parts cheap and plentiful if I need them?

Yeah, I thought it sounded like a pretty good deal. However, I am about 6' and 165 lbs. I have been told that I am going to have to really ride it hard if I want to be competitive on it. Is a 125 too small for my size?
  4. Hi everyone. I'm a newbie here. I looking at getting back into the dirt bike scene. Its been a couple years. Last bike I had was a 1993 RM 125. That thing constantly gave me fits. Anyway, my cousin has a 2002 RM 125 for sale. It has a brand new tranny, cylinder, and a Vertex piston. It also has Tag Metal triple clamps, Tag Metal Fat bars, Pro Circuit exhaust and silencer, and new Maxxis tires on it. It has under 10 hrs. on the rebuild. It has never been raced. He has powdercoated rims and all different graphics on it also. He is asking $1500 for it. Good deal or not? Any problems associated with this model year? Thanks alot.
