  1. Thank you for replying and providing me with thorough instructions. I will give it a go and report back to you later. Thanks again.
  2. Hi, I'm new to the forum, but I just recently got a great deal on a 2004 TE 250. I'm very happy to be a part of the Husqvarna family. The bike is in need of a valve job ( I was aware of this when I bought it) and I'm going to send the head to Halls for the valve work. I'm in the process of removing the head and could use some help and suggestions. I do have a couple of questions: 1. How do I remove the cam/timing chain and is it important to mark and match it to the cam sprocket. How have you guys made this match? How do I get the chain off the sprocket? 2. I've removed the 2 small bolts on the side and the 2 nuts from the front and back...Is this all that holds the head on? Any other suggestions or help would be really appreciated.
