    The track in Meridean

Yep, That would be the one. Its been there since the begining of last summer. I keep waiting to hear if its a open track or private. Seen bikes there only 1 time and I work at Bodily so I am around there all the time. Looks to big to be private but who knows. I cant find anybody that knows about it. If your on overland headed towards meridean just as you pass Bodily look to the right and you will see the jumps layed out but they are a little over grown.

    The track in Meridean

Does anybody know anything about the track by Bodily RV on overland? They have a freestyle ramp set up in the middle but I have only seen people riding there 1 time. Looks like a great place.

    KTM Sells out?!?!

They are coming out with 2 quads, A 525 for woods racing then a 450 for mx that will be out later in the year.

    Quadtardation is spreading!!!

Outstanding, Someone who actually gets the bigger picture on this forum. Its a fight to save everyones right to ride trails not just bikes or quads. A outdoor community will get further then a bike community.
  6. Dont really care. Now its just to piss people off. Debate is gone becouse or should I say because they have no argument they just have meaningless put downs. I ride a bike and YUR stupid. Like I said before, Like it or not, Not a dam thing you can do about it. I think I will go widen out some single tracks for ya!
  7. Your right, I am stupid to think I can make a bunch of dipsh##s Understand.

    Boise Broke Back Benefit Motocross

I have heard it happened by the finish line. Still un clear on if it was a heart attack or broken back. The other injury was on the jump just before the grandstand. Anyway you slice it a bad day at OMC and for the families involved.
  9. that's a pretty good place for quads to ride imho, because it's a long ways from where most of the skilled motorcyclists usually ride. Becouse of this statement. You may have ment somthing else, Just the way I read it. I dont race much anymore, I have a pretty extensive injury list. I will hit a mx up once in a while and trail ride with the family and friends. Last desert race I did was oreana 100 back in 99.

  11. I agree 100% with KTMchick. I will not argue the point that we are all in the same fight that a few have created.
  12. So the fact that Hikers and enviros are trying to close down ALL areas to motorized vehicles HAs nothing to with them closing down trails. Its becouse quad riders used the trails.
  13. Correct me if I am wrong, Are you calling all the bike riders that dont ride where you ride( In the mountain trails) Un skilled? So if you ride desert on a bike you are less skilled of a rider then one that rides in the mountains. If that is your statement,,,, Wow, I have seen very many talented riders in the lower desert. In fact John Grey, was #1 in points and may still be is one hell of a rider and I hang out and ride with him on occasion. To say he is not skilled becouse he rides in the desert is a pretty big statement. And I do realize you said MOST. I am not trying to put words into your mouth but thats the way it reads.
  14. So does that mean I win? You know most unmarked single tracks were started out by hikers who are trying to ban bikers from there trails as well. But the bike community are fighting these echo people as well. And as always you are trying to turn a discusion into a fight. I like this debate, The personal attacks are what is uncalled for. Here are a few articles to prove my point. http://www.singletracks.com/blog/?p=369 http://www.voiceforthewild.org/general/alerts/a5July07.html http://www.washingtonpost.com/ac2/wp-dyn?pagename=article&node=&contentId=A29876-2002Oct1&notFound=t My point of that would not be that bikes are evil but rather we are in the fight together. Seems like no matter who you are or what you do somebody somewhere doesnt like it.
