i'm looking for a cost effective way of tuning my suspension for my needs. i have a 03 crf 450 and i am a novice motocross rider weighing 215 lbs. i called pro-action for a quote and they said $770 for front and rear including overhaul, revalve, and springs. would just new springs be sufficient or would i be better off getting everything done at once?
i'm in the process of replacing steering stem bearings. the part numbers(91015-KZ4-701) are the same for the upper and lower, but it appears that the lower one has a tighter tolerance than the upper. is this a pressed fit? and also, is there any tips for removing the outer race from the head tube. thanks.
