  1. I can't help you with your decision, but let us know if it works if you decide to try it. My DR 250s is realy soft and I'm only about 145 lbs. I would like to do something. Nick
  2. I talked to my buddy last night and it's a go, he's going to go get some new jets before we go riding the next time. If I have any questions throughout the process I will post again. Thanks again for the help. Nick
  3. That's what I keep telling him.
  4. I think that's a good Idea but he can't leave it alone to gather his stuff he has to stand beside it and help it along
  5. Hey, Thanks alot for the help I'll see if I can talk him into it. He dosn't like to do things that aren't in the manual or instructions He's kind of funny about those things:excuseme: Nick
  6. We live and ride in NE Ohio, I think we a fairly close to see level here. 70 to 80 deg is where we do most of our riding and he has problems there too. He tried to start it the other day when It was about 50 or so and he must have worked a half an hour to get it to run, now granted it was the first time he started it since last fall.
  7. I've got a buddy that has a crf 230. He put a BBR full exhaust system on it. It seems realy cold blooded to me. My bike starts right up and he is there almost five minutes getting the thing warmed up enough to stay running. Could this mean that it needs rejetted? I told him when he bought the pipe that he should rejet it. But the "destructions" that came with it said that regetting was not nessisary. Any help would be appreciated. Nick
  8. It's a '95. Also I'm only about 145 lb so that is why I think someting is wrong. How do you service the fork oil?
  9. No I haven't. I've had it about a year. Do you think I should?
  10. I've got problems with my DR being soft in the front end. some times when I hit a small jump the front end bottoms out. The adjustment is all the way tight on the forks. any sugestions would be helpful.
  11. I've got a '95 DR 250, and just bought a set of dunlop 756's, front and rear. I ride on about everything but sand here in Ohio and was wondering what you guys thought about the tire before I put them on.
