  2. I had the same problem but it was the shaft going into the master cyclinder needed to be adjusted out. I also tried bleeding first then finally saw it was not getting enough movement and the brake pedal was hitting the frame before the brake was really set. I have has shifting problems and now the kick starter is grinding. The guys at Pitster are helpful but still wish with less than a year of easy riding it would have lasted longer.
  3. Looks like my 03 needs a crank and valves. Any ideas on best deal for a crank and should I stay stock valves or go stainless? Can I use some other valve and not have to change the springs? It would seem Honda would cure this valve problem and do stainless from the factory. Ideas?
