    Acerbis White Plastics

Cycra's oversized shrouds look nice and white. See Bronco78's pics and body mods. http://www.thumpertalk.com/forum/garage.php?do=viewvehicle&vid=26 Maybe an optical illusion due to the clear tank. Unfortunately Cycra's web site does not seem to have them listed anymore. BB

    Acerbis White Plastics

Picked up a white Acerbis fuel tank and a set of white Acerbis radiator shrouds last September. Finally got around to installing them a few weeks ago, only to find that the whites do not match. Not even close. Kinda disappointed. The local rep says, "what you see is what you get". Wouldn't you think that plastics from the same manufacturer would match? They only offer one white. The tank is a solid pure white and the shrouds are a light sky blue. White, but definitely a blue tinge. FWIW, the Acerbis tank is a thing of beauty. Nicely made, perfect fit. BB

    Clymer vs. FSM?

i have both. clymer is opened first and more often. http://www.itshopmanuals.com/products.asp?Type=Motorcycle
  7. try these guys. nice stuff and good people. had a small problem when installing one of their guards and called them for advise. the fellow i talked to answered my questions and made some suggestions on how to make it work. an hour later another guy called to see how it went. it went well. and the next day a guy from the tech dept called to ask some more question so that he could try it out for himself and adjust the product before anymore were shipped. http://store.toparracing.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc? type DRZ in search box. as far as i know e and s guards are interchangeable. bb.

yes, they work on an E model and yes, they will make a mess of your side panels.

i have both. i'm not to mechanically inclined and if i could only have one, i would buy the clymer. much easier to read and understand. much better at "how to". https://www.buyprism.com/ProductDetail.asp?PRDID=4810 http://www.thumpertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=202199&highlight=clymer

Cycra Probends, Stock Bars - not even close

CsHoSi, i've installed three sets of pro bends on three different dr z400 bikes with stock bars with no problems. well, nothing major. i fit everything loose, then tightened. if i tightned one end without fitting the other first it would look like your picture for sure. maybe you did this already, and you still have the problem, but it worked for me. bb.
