I just recently put a twist throttle on mine, and it has absolutely no slack. I'm not really used to having one, and if you're not either, it will DEFINITELY take some time getting used to. I've wrecked mine already. haha. But, once I get used to it, I will reallly, really like it. My thumb always cramped up, and I hate that. The twist throttle definitely feels better, and has a "cool factor" to it. Just don't expect to get right on it and be used to how it's going to run, if you're not already used to twist throttles.

Uhm, yeah... I know of the dual exhaust kit with the slip-ons. I'm talking JUST the header pipes. Thanks.

Uh, your link isn't working. Sooo, try again, please? I know about the dual exhaust system, but I just want the header pipes, if you're able to use a slip-on. Like, I have a GYTR pipe... I want to possibly have two of the same pipe on my bike, rather than the stock slip-ons that come with the LTE duals. so, yeah.

Oh okay. Well, about about getting dual headers, and adding your own slip-on pipes? Anywhere that you can buy just that, instead of getting the whole works.

I was wondering if you could buy the kit for dual exhaust anywhere, without the slip-ons? Just the header pipes. And I noticed on the conversions I've seen, the pipes aren't even in the back. The left one is lower than the right. So, help on that one, too? Thanks guys.
  6. I just did this new "Honda's First Time Buyers" program, and bought a 2006 TRX250EX to get my credit started, and of course to have an ATV. Anyway, I am wanting it to be faster. I have a friend of mine that knows a lot of about ATVs, and he told me to check this forum for information on the best kit available for these models. I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find anything talking about jetting these ATVs. Any help on any type of performance upgrading without burning a hole into my pocket would be greatly appreciated. Also, I plan on paying this quad off (because I've heard a lot of good about it) and then later upgrading to a bigger one, once I have the credit to do this. Thanks for your help
