  1. Its probably bits of plastic from manufacturing process. I took mine tank off and blew it out with compressed air. You might have to clean or blow out your jets also.
  2. Gearbox and engine oil are the same. Just drop the oil drain plug, the flat 19mm bolt if I remember correctly. The tensioner bolt is the bolt on an angle, 14mm I think. Fill thru the dipstick hole. Glad I could help.
  3. Thats the timing chain tensioner spring. Put it back the way it came out, with tube first, then the spring and you should be OK.
