  1. great. thanks for your help.
  2. i need a rear shock for an xr650L. does anybody have one and want to part with it or know where i can get one? i really need to find one, its getting nice out. if ya got one please PM me with a price.
  3. yes it bolts right up.
  4. i just put on from a 450x on mine. looks factory and works great. it went on in less than 5 min. and the can be had for cheap off of ebay or someone with an X.
  5. congats on the sweet brp, and thanks for knowing and understanding the diff. between the R and the L. let us know how you enjoy it.
  6. i have tried changing the bearings, stock link, different stock link and it still would not rebound.
  7. i have a problem with the shock on my 02 xr650l w/ just under 10,000 miles. when i bought it i never noticed this but i did not ride it much, broke my arm the day after i got it, before i installed kouba lowering link. after that it would not rebound after you compressed the suspension. i removed the shock and noticed that i apeered not have any nitrogen in it and that it would not hold any. i was going to take it apart and check it out last night but i decided to see if it would hold any air and it did. so i took it and had it charged with the recommended psi and put it back on. now it is still doing the same thing. hope that this makes sence. any suggestions? thanks. seth:worthy:
  8. i know that the back fits because i have been running it on my 650l. everything on the back works like the rotor and the sprocket, even the same size as stock. as for the front it looks as if it will fit, i measured and everything seems the same but i have not put it on yet.
  9. any other thoughts??

  11. yeah they can be a little tricky to start after dropping. im not real sure haw the pumper carb would effect this, if any, but what i was taught to do was hold the compression release and the kill switch, hold the throttle open and kick it a dozen time or so. this is to clean all the fuel out of the cylinder. after this try the regular starting process. like i said though im not sure if it would be different with the pumper carb. hope it helps.
  12. hey TexasXR650L thanks for caring about the sport. on or off road its people with your mentality that cause all the riding areas to be closed and all the sound regulations and . the other thing is your not even doing it for performance you just want to be obnoxious. maybe you should just take the bus.
  13. trevorton is about 40 miles north of harrisburg. http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?address=&city=Trevorton&state=PA&zipcode=&country=US&title=%3cb%3eTrevorton%2c%20PA%20US%3c%2fb%3e&cid=lfmaplink2&name=
  14. yes it was the right side as you sit on the bike
  15. all i can say is TREVORTON,PA. non of those other places can touch it. all the riding you can dream of. better bring a gps because you will need it. there are no motocross tracks but there are hill climbs, rocky trails, wide open trail, tight technical trails, and just about anything else. oh yeah and it doesn't cost anything unlike all of those other places! want more info let me know.
