Survived more crashes than my Renthal 7/8 inch bars did, but the rocks finally took their toll. Renthal oversized Fat bars are probably better since these are 6000 series alloy and Renthal uses 7000 series. These are great bang for the buck though, and cheap to replace. If I did Moto instead of enduro, I would keep using them, but I'm gonna try Twisted Engineering composite bars next.

I got this setup to replace my stock bars. I am a taller rider (6'3") so when I am standing up I always feel like I have to crouch way down to reach my bars. I installed the mounts and bars and immediately noticed an improvement in comfort and what felt like better control. This purchase was a kind of trial run for the oversize bars for me. I have never used anything like it but I am a fan. The combo was inexpensive and the set I got mounted right in to the existing bar mount lowers so it brought my bar height up to wear I wanted. The only little downsides that I see to these bars is that the aluminum is 6000 and that the finish seems to wear off quickly. Overall this is a cost-effective alternative to the bigger name brands.
