not all its cracked top to be but better than the stock carb

Excellent performance, but somewhat hard to dial in at times. Lectron is of good assistance in getting it right, but not always the best in trouble shooting when things go wrong. My carb is still not perfect, but it's way better than it was, and my gas mileage has almost tripled. That alone is my sole reason for giving it 5 stars and not 4.

I jetted my 2016 yz250x as well as I could and it still wasn't right.  For about $425 to include the carb and the cable, I ordered the Lectron.  Mine was also lean out of the box.  I'm a full turn richer and I'm still a wee bit lean.  I'm going to give it another quarter turn richer and leave it.  My riding takes me from 5000' to tree line.  The Lectron takes all the brass jiggling out of a weekend ride.  can't recommend it enough.

When I got my 300 it was almost undid able. The jetting was terrible. I worked with it a while, I got it so I could ride the bike and broke in the motor. Then I decided to try a Lectron carb. I was one of the first to run the carb and it wasn't set right for my 2017. It was way lean. After watching a quick video on how to tune it, I went to work. I have it dialed in now. It only took about a half hour. I have no regrets on buying the Lectron. If the bike never gets better I'll be happy. It runs great and rips. I do think I'll try having the head done. 2

FMF Fatty pipe, Turbinecore 2 silencer, No toil filter, IMS footpegs, Fasst Flexx bars, Fastway system 3 stabilizer, Tusk Impact rims and hubs, Hammer head shifter and brake peddle, WR 3-5 gear conversion. Oversized front wave rotor with Galfer steel braided brake line, Tusk aluminium throttle tube w/ bearing, Acerbis front disk guard and roost guards, TM design works rear disk guard, chain slider and chain guid, E-line carbon fiber skid plate, Tusk case saver, Z rear brake clevis, suspension done by Stillwell performance, Lectron carburetor and 2012 YZ450 triple clamps (22mm offset).... I think that's everything. <br /><br />Oh, pictured with IMS dry-break ready tank. I went back to stock after getting the Lectron carby! <br />
