Super comfy and well built.
Extra layer of Clarino at thumb and side of index finger to reduce blistering.
Wider neoprene wrist cuff nicely tucks inside jersey sleeve and makes for a nice place to grab when sliding them on.
Well ventilated (sides of the fingers and palm).
Silicone "100%" printing on palm adds some additional grip.
D3O armor in the knuckle area offers some protection w/o adding any real weight or reducing dexterity.
Magnetic thread in the index finger & thumb so you can still operate touch screen devices.

I've never used 100% gloves previously, but I really like their Cognito gloves. Unless they wear out or fall apart prematurely, this might be my go to glove.
