Honda CRF250X 2004 Reviews

I bought an 05 crf250x about 2 years ago. It was my third "real" dirt bike and first trail bike. I love it and it definitely changed the way I ride for the better. Before I found myself with a big MX bike trying to ride some tight trails and it was a nightmare. Not anymore! Awesome Bike.

Recently picked up this 04 crf250x. Bike has been lowered, but besides that, its stock. Working on making it into a dual sport. So far its been a fun bike. I've only ridden it a handful of times, but its a good balance of power/weight/handling/and trail characteristics.

Purchased my first Honda, a 2004 crf250x, in early 2018.  The bike was purchased new by a friend, and had been used relatively lightly. Specifically sought out a green sticker bike for the ability to ride year-round. I find the electric start, kick stand, skid plate, and lighting on the bike well equipped for trail riding. The gearing is much more woods friendly than the R models, and makes for a more comfortable ride.

Bought for $300 with blown motor and did a complete rebuild. Did all CCC mods except exhaust. Has 06 cam and piston.
